Our crews work across the Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, plus parts of Negeri Sembilan and Seremban. For projects further afield we will let you know honestly whether logistics make it viable.
How long does a typical home renovation take?
A single-room remodel can be completed in two to four weeks. A full-house refurbishment usually runs six to twelve weeks depending on structural changes, finishings and authority approvals. We commit to the timeline in writing in the contract.
Do you provide written quotations?
Yes. After a free on-site assessment we prepare an itemised scope and quotation with materials, labour and projected timeline so you can review every line before signing.
Are your works covered by warranty?
Structural and waterproofing works carry a written workmanship warranty of up to 24 months. Finishings and joinery receive a 12-month defect liability period. We come back to rectify defects at no charge during the warranty window.
Can you handle JKR, MBPJ or DBKL submissions?
We coordinate plan drawings, certifications and submission with the relevant local authorities for projects that require approval, including strata buildings and renovation permits.
Do you accept stage payments?
Yes — our contracts use milestone payments tied to verified site progress, so you only release funds after each stage is signed off.
