Our Story

Started In A Cyberjaya Shoplot, Eleven Years Ago

Tracenex Renovation Sdn Bhd was founded in 2014 by Aziz Rahman, Cheong Mei Lin and Vasanth Kumaran — three civil engineers who had spent the better part of a decade working under Klang Valley developers and feeling increasingly frustrated by how unaccountable the renovation trade had become for ordinary homeowners.

The first job was a 1,600 sq ft tutorial centre fit-out in Cyberjaya. The owner, a long-time family friend, paid a deposit and asked for one thing: no surprises. We delivered on time and on budget, and the next two jobs came from his referral.

Today Tracenex employs 28 people across project management, drafting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and finishing trades. We deliberately stayed small enough that every project still gets a partner-level walkthrough at concept and at handover.

Incorporated under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, registration no. 1467329-T. Audited annually.

Reg. 03

ST Wireman

Competent wireman certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga on staff for all electrical installation and sub-DB works.

Reg. 04

Site Insurance

Public liability and contractors' all-risks insurance maintained on every active site, with documentation available on request.
