Tracenex Renovation Sdn Bhd is a renovation and construction firm registered in Malaysia and operating from Lot 38 Jalan Persiaran 5, Presint 3, Putrajaya 62100. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

- Our drafting, project management, M&E and finishing trade staff working on your project.
- Suppliers fabricating items specifically for your project — carpentry workshops, stone fabricators, aluminium specialists — limited to the information they need.
- Local authorities and management corporations where renovation approvals or strata forms require it.
- Our accountants for tax invoicing and statutory reporting.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention
Enquiry information is retained for up to 24 months. Project information for clients we have contracted is retained for 7 years to satisfy Malaysian tax and statutory record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely destroyed.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to access the personal data we hold on you, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent at any time, and request deletion subject to our statutory retention obligations. 8. Security
We store electronic data on access-controlled cloud services and physical project files in locked offices at our Putrajaya premises. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we apply reasonable industry safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
