Kitchen Remodels — From Hack To Handover

Most of our kitchen clients want three things: more counter space, less greasy walls, and a layout that works for the way Malaysian families actually cook. Our remodel scope is built to deliver those.

What we typically include

Full hack and removal of existing cabinets, tiling and ceiling
New floor and wall tiling — full-height where requested
Custom carpentry with soft-close hinges and drawer slides
Quartz or sintered stone countertops with full-height splashback option
Induction hob, gas hob, range hood and ventilation upgrade
Dedicated water heater circuit for instant hot water at the sink
Under-cabinet LED strip lighting and feature pendants over island
Pantry, microwave and oven housing as required

Timeline

A typical wet kitchen rebuild takes 4–6 weeks. A combined dry+wet kitchen with island can run 6–8 weeks depending on stone lead times.

Bathrooms

Bathroom Rebuilds — Built To Stay Dry

Bathrooms fail when waterproofing is rushed. We refuse to rush waterproofing. Every wet area receives a two-coat polyurethane membrane, a 24-hour flood test before tiling, and a signed certificate at handover.

What we typically include

Full hack of existing tiling, sanitary ware and waterproofing
Floor screed correction with proper fall to drains
Two-coat polyurethane waterproofing with flood test
Wall and floor tiling — full-height to ceiling on request
Walk-in shower with linear drain or rainshower configuration
Wall-hung WC with concealed cistern (where structurally possible)
Vanity carpentry with stone top and integrated basin
Mirror cabinets, LED lighting and demister option
Heated towel rail and instant water heater installation

Timeline

A single bathroom rebuild typically takes 3–5 weeks including waterproofing cure and stone fabrication.

Engineered quartz from established Malaysian suppliers — non-porous, heat resistant, no resealing needed.

Soft-Close Hardware

Blum or Häfele hinges and drawer slides as standard. The mid-range Chinese brands fail at the eighteen-month mark.

PU Waterproofing

Two-coat polyurethane membrane on all wet areas, applied at consistent thickness and flood-tested before tiling.

Ventilation Done Right

Kitchen exhaust ducted to external wall — not just a recirculating filter. Bathrooms get high-CFM extraction fans with timer.
