Residential is our oldest and busiest discipline. Most of our work falls into one of three brackets: a full house renovation after vacant possession, a phased refresh for clients still living in the home, or a single-area rebuild (kitchen, master suite, family room).
Whichever bracket your project fits, you receive an itemised quotation, a written timeline, weekly photo updates and a single foreman who is on-site daily.
Single room: 2–4 weeks. Full apartment (under 1,200 sq ft): 5–8 weeks. Full landed house: 8–14 weeks. We commit the date in the contract.
When you can't move out we plan the build in zones, with daily clean-down so the unaffected rooms stay liveable.
For strata properties we handle JMB or Management Corporation paperwork — renovation forms, deposit, hours, lift protection.
Physical tile, paint, laminate and hardware samples approved by you before procurement. No on-delivery surprises.
Written workmanship warranty on every project. We come back to rectify defects at no charge during the warranty window.
Free, 60–90 minutes. We measure, photograph and listen to what you want changed.
Within a week we share a budget band so you can decide whether to proceed before we draft anything.
If you proceed we draft a detailed Bill of Quantities with every item priced — labour and material separate.
Stage payments tied to documented site progress. Variation orders signed before any change.
