What you receive

An as-built drawing of all concealed pipes, a flood-test certificate for every wet area, and a 24-month workmanship warranty on waterproofing.

Pressure Tested

Every water line is pressure-tested before tiling and ceiling close-up. Failure means re-work at our cost, not yours.

Flood Test Recorded

Wet areas receive a 24-hour flood test, photographed at start and end, with a signed certificate added to your handover pack.

Cable Schedule

Every circuit is documented in a printed cable schedule. When you call the next contractor in fifteen years, they will thank us.

Licensed Sign-Off

Final electrical works are inspected and signed by our ST-certified wireman with the test results retained on file.
